    CEOs Special

The CEO is in charge of the overall management of the company, while the owner has sole proprietorship of the company. It is possible that the CEO of a company is also the owner, but the owner of a company doesn't necessarily have to also be the CEO. The two have many differences as well as many similarities. CEO is the highest-ranking employee within any organization; they report to the Board of Directors. Core responsibilities include setting and executing the organization's strategy, allocating capital, and building and overseeing the executive team. They ensure the company adheres to legal and ethical standards. This includes compliance with regulations and maintaining transparency.
