The pressure for a digital make over has consumed every enterprise worldwide. And why not? Over the last few years, only a handful of enterprises have scripted resounding success by embracing new technologies to significantly minimize breakdowns, enhance profitability, and accelerate performance. As they say, success does not come easy. And a majority of enterprises are still challenged by a huge gap between commitment and execution. Many of them stumble in the first step towards a digital makeover – multi-format data ingestion or mining, which is indispensable for analyzing colossal volumes of data that lie buried in printed and digital documents, emails, presentations, videos, and images. And until recently, multi-format data ingestion seemed an increasingly complex process, but that has changed!

AntWorks, a rapidly growing intelligent automation enterprise is redefining digitization, automation, and business intelligence of today. By building the world’s first engine that’s based on pattern and not character recognition, this relatively new company has received awards from many prestigious organizations too.

Near Absolute: That's the Degree of AntWorks' Multi-Format Data Ingestion Capability
AntWorks was set up with an intention to transform automation and digitization around the world. Asheesh Mehra, Co-Founder & Chief Everything Officer at AntWorks, explains, "We wanted data to be as comprehensible as possible because if data is unstructured /corrupt, RPA processes will deliver erroneous results". Today, its offerings have successfully integrated (and replaced) the roles of three types of service providers: an optical character recognition(OCR) provider to ingest data, robotic process automation (RPA)provider, and an intelligence service provider.

The company has successfully developed its own data ingestion capability, an AI-enabled RPA offering, and business intelligence competency.
What's more, it has integrated all of these into one powerful platform called ANTstein, which can be availed at the click of a button.“The platform can read data, interpret it, act on it while it is constantly listening, learning and giving insights,”adds Asheesh.

ANTstein's main differentiator was and continues to be its ability to process all forms of unstructured data. Through ANTstein, the company has surpassed existing RPA products that process only 15 percent of total data volumes within an organization. By processing ~100 percent of all unstructured data, AntWorks has gained competitive differentiation that is currently unmatched. As an ISO 27001 certified organization that complies with HIPAA code, AntWorks securely ushers data until the client’s firewall.

By creating human-like bots in a code-free environment, the company has been able to deliver significant savings and achieve hassle-free automation

Intelligent Bots: A Clear Differentiation for AntWorks By creating human-like bots in a code-free environment, the company has been able to deliver significant savings and achieve hassle-free automation. Besides, the company also provides customized solutions that solve specific challenges, using AI, automation, and natural language processing. “There is intelligence built into the entire bot, which can be applied not just at the end but right at the beginning. Our objective is not only to make intelligent automation cheaper, but also faster, smarter and ultimately eliminate all errors,” asserts Asheesh.

For instance, for the largest insurer in United States of America, AntWorks extracted and processed the right information from over 50 million documents annually by utilizing cognitive technology, natural language processing, and machine learning. Such success has not stopped AntWorks from pushing the envelope. Despite being ahead of the market, a dedicated research and development team is constantly enhancing ANTstein's speed and intelligence.

A Fresh, Fearless, Fast Culture that's Doing Good
AntWorks is driven by a new-age culture of 'Fresh' thinking,'Fearless' discussions, and'Fast'actions. This philosophy has enabled it to break barriers across the entire product life cycle through effective communication, global delivery, and world-class infrastructure. At the core
of its project delivery is the 'Zero Distance' approach, which enables it to bridge all gaps in customer management. As a key employee management philosophy, it trains its workforce in both soft and technical skills. This boosts employee morale and encourages them to evolve and excel. By nurturing equality, fun, and one-team motto, the company perpetuates a Silicon Valley startup culture. It aims to enhance this culture further by shifting to a completely new office with Play Stations, foosball tables, Nintendo, and state-of-the-art cafeteria in January 2018.

All Set for an Exciting Journey into 2018
AntWorks achieved about 100 percent growth in the preceding fiscal year and targets to reach 130-150 percent revenue growth by FY19. As the industries worldwide continue to expand and develop, the company has been able to surpass expectations of the financial and healthcare industries effectively. At the same time, its leaders are confident of expanding its current presence in eight countries with two delivery centers over the next 10-12 months. The company was founded by two experienced thought leaders – Asheesh Mehra and Govind Sandhu - in 2015. It is their vision and hard work that makes AntWorks a trending and successful venture today.
