Established in 2012, Imagimake is a collaborative brainchild of Ravi Kumar and Disha Katharani, the company was created with the goal of bridging the gap between growth and entertainment by producing fun and constructive children's toys. They deliver a satisfying and creative range of items that appeal to art and hobby, educational toys, puzzles, and 3D model building sets that win both parents and children's hearts. Holistic child growth is supported by Imagimake's selection of toys.
Imagimake develops toys and games that help children discover their passion, and the product ranges from Learning and Education to Creative Development. Disha Katharani, Co-Founder, Imagimake says, "Each of our product ranges has a distinctive and creative edge that our in-house team right here in India conceptualizes, designs and creates. We are proud to make in India toys and games that have a global appeal, and we are one of the only Indian Toy company to do so and has a US patent for our Quill On system as well as multiple other patent applications underway."
In-House Designing And Production
The company has a certified world-class factory in Mumbai and Imagimake's line of products are Mapology, a play and learn map puzzle that won Best Selling Range and featured in Amazon USA's Holiday Toy List 2019, No 1 in `Most Wished For' Educational
Toy 2020 in Amazon India. As the product is available in 5 different languages, this has a universal appeal. Quill On, an imaginative interactive play method for children to incorporate quilling, which has received the U.S. Parent's Choice Prize. Other products are Kiddi do, Stamp Art, Fleximos and Worldwide, a 3D Model making set.
Imagimake's products have won 10+ National and International awards and are consistently ranked amongst the bestselling toys and games across platforms. And the company has an international presence in more than 20 countries such as USA, Australia, Netherlands, Germany and Spain.
Children Friendly
It is the play pattern that motivates the choice of materials and of course, the materials must be child safe and nontoxic. Imagimake takes this to be a very core aspect of the product development process itself and work with the most reputed Labs. All their products are compliant with the BIS, CE and ASTM standards (India, Europe, and the USA).
Based on their current product ranges, the current raw materials primarily revolve around paper, plastic and foam. Further, Ravi Kumar, Co-Founder, Imagimake adds, "We strongly believe that quality can never be compromised upon. The brand loyalty of consumers who experience our world-class quality is far more valuable than the investment in ensuring the right checks and balances are in place. Quality begins in design but is truly practiced as our in house factory team employs the strictest standards on everything from the vendor selection, raw material inward all the way to technical and visual inspections of the final assembled products."
As the products of Imagimake are available on a globally, some of their international clients are JoAnn, Jumbodiset, Joue Club and distributors in several other countries. Also, in their professional journey, the company is recognized worldwide and has grabbed various awards such as Fun Stuff - Parent's Choice Award 2019, TAITMA Toy of the Year Hobbies & Crafts 2019, TAITMA - Best Toy in `Educational Toys' category, TAITMA Toy of the Year Hobbies & Crafts, Imagimake is awarded as `Kids Stop Press Readers Choice' and many more.
Imagimake is on a rapid growth trajectory propelled by an omnichannel approach and has seen 5x revenue growth in the last 2 years propelled by both domestic and international markets. Not unlike most, they have not been spared from a myriad set of challenges in this pandemic year, but are happy to say that FY 2020 21 will also end on an upward note from Imagimake and the company is hoping to see that multiple grow manifold as markets and conditions improve in the coming year.
