With a remarkable 35 years of global talent acquisition experience, Jay has held pivotal roles at prestigious organizations such as Polaris Consulting and Services (currently Virtusa), Mastek, and Intelligroup Inc.(later acquired by NTT Data) in India, serving as the Global Head and Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Furthermore, his illustrious career encompasses key positions in manufacturing companies like Diamond Cements and Lakshmi Cements. Drawing from this extensive expertise, Jay founded FutureA4, a specialized venture dedicated to talent acquisition across diverse sectors including banking, financial services, insurance, airlines, manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor industries, as well as healthcare institutions.
FutureA4 is a boutique search firm that specializes in leadership and lateral hiring, with a focus on specific domains including BFS, Airlines, Manufacturing, Engineering, and for Hospitals, Healthcare & Wellness centers in India, as well as technologies like Digital, Data, Cloud, and Analytics. Its main verticals are IT & non-IT and WHH (Wellness, Hospital & Healthcare services), under which it provides leadership and lateral hiring for specific technologies or roles. Notably, it offers critical hiring services for medical colleges and hospitals in areas such as oncology, gynecology, registrar positions, and ICU staff, while refraining from mass hiring or contract hiring/staffing, acknowledging the presence of other major players catering to such needs.
