In 2006, it diversified into knitted readymade garments with over 20 new styles. By 2010, it had entered the UAE market and expanded its domestic reach to over 1,200 distributors.

Rebranded in 2014 as Essa Garments Pvt. Ltd., the company introduced more than 350 product styles. Milestones such as the 2022 launch of Fashion Gear(FG) and Fashion Sense (FS), along with the 2023 debut of its eco-friendly Micro Modal trunk with TENCEL, reflect its commitment to innovation. In 2024, it launched VOSO Sportswear, marking its entry into performance wear.
Essa Garments has received the Priyadarshni Award from the All India National Unity Conference, and a Doctorate in Textile Technology & Entrepreneurship was awarded to its Founder Chairman, Sadiq Ali, by the Tamil University of the USA.
