SPPL soon rolled out five HD LED TVs in screen sizes 32-55 inches. Earlier this year, anticipated by ‘Make in India’& demand for 4K TVs, SPPL partnered with French television brand Thomson & unveiled UHD 4K in screen sizes 43-65 inches. The two alliances made SPPL the only TV brand in India holding two international licenses.
One-Stop-Shop for Smart TVs
SPPL’s smart LED TVs(designed for Kodak) with ARM Cortex A7 processor running on Android version 4.4,come with wide-viewing angles & have features like Wi-Fi,‘Progressive Scan’, ‘YPrPb resolution’ & response time of less than eight milliseconds. For connectivity, the TV sets support
HDMI, USB and VGA ports. Using technology to the fullest, SPPL’s UHD 4K Smart TVs (designed for Thomson) come with default APK Gmail, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook & Netflix, enabling viewers to watch more than 32 lakh hours of content, & Aptoide with the feature to download any app, and run on Android 4.4.4.0. The TVs are offered at an affordable rate with price starting at Rs.13,490 for 32-inch smart TV to less than Rs.50,000 for 55-inch TV. SPPL also offers washing machines & multimedia home theatre speakers for other brands.

Today it’s one of India’s foremost OEMs in LED Television. SPPL operates from Uttarakhand & Faridabad, and 28 branches with an employee strength of over 1000 PAN India.
Such strategic moves enabled the company to grow at a whopping 50 percent, holding nearly three percent share in India’s television market. SPPL currently targets a six percent share and to touch 120 percent growth rate soon.
