Exceeding Expectations
Having contributed to the growth of innumerable mid-size organizations, Baba has always been passionate about building new entities in terms of on-boarding different accounts, teams and technologies. ODC being his forte, he was well aware of the end-to-end processes involved to make a prolific outcome with smooth transition. As mastering this art triggered the idea of starting an entity of his own, Baba incepted MindWorx in 2011 along with his wife Snehal. "We chose the name MindWorx to underscore the importance of thought process involved," expounds Baba. Instigated the journey with four employees, the company impressed its first client (a leading UK-based channel partner management company) by completing their project within three months, and in return acquired couple of more bonus projects from them.Thus, nurturing long-term relationships with its passion for excellence turned its clients into advocates, which endowed MindWorx with clients of the likes of Microsoft and Motorola, who were clients of its clients. Fast forward to five years, today the company can boast of a team of 80+ skilled professionals in its 8000 sq. ft. Pune office and 12 people & managing partners spread across its onshore premises in Canada, UK and U.S.,not to mention the awards and 50+ clients it has worked with so far.

up by celebrating various festivals across religion, presenting awards (outstanding performer, star of the year and a few recognition awards) during annual day celebration, refreshing them with team outings at least twice annually and by proving lunch & snacks free of cost. The company has clearly charted out a roadmap till 2020, which includes establishing more ODCs which would consist of 500 people and making a fierce foray into different verticals such as healthcare, travel and education. MindWorx is currently developing a couple of e-Learning products en route to achieve these targets.
